Baptism: Birth certificate, godparents' info & seminar attendance required. For record corrections or late-entry baptism, additional documents (parents' marriage contract, Form 137, affidavit, sponsor letters) are needed — please inquire at the parish office.

Wedding: Baptismal & Confirmation Cert. (6 months validity), CENOMAR (original & photocopy), PSA Birth Cert., Permit to Marry (bride only), Marriage License (120-day validity), Pre-Cana Seminar (3rd Saturday & Sunday of the month), Pre-Nuptial Interview (at least 1 month before), 3 Marriage Banns, up to 6 pairs of principal sponsors (₱50/head). All requirements submitted 10 days before; wedding practice the day before; confession 30 minutes before the ceremony.

Burial Mass: Death Certificate (photocopy) and Burial Permit. Exhume Permit additionally required for Tingkal burials. Funeral Mass ₱700 · Cemetery Rental ₱500 · Panchong ₱7,000 · Hukay ₱1,500 (₱500 for newborn to 6 months) · Tingkal ₱2,500 (₱4,000 if underground).
